Ask the Small Questions About a Big Source
One of the ideas I explore in this Short is using AI to work through material that feels too large to approach all at once.
The video uses NotebookLM as an example and discusses ways to turn source material into more approachable study formats. What interests me is the permission to ask the small question: what does this paragraph mean, how does this connect, and what should I look at next?
A shorter explanation can be a starting point. It should not quietly replace the original.
I would choose one source, ask a focused question, and check where the answer came from. If a summary leaves out a condition or an example changes the meaning, go back to the passage.
The useful experiment is to make a difficult source easier to enter while keeping the path back to it visible. No question has to sound clever before it is worth asking.
